Our CAPABILITIES
From project launch to execution and launch, we map out the best steps for your design project, with your unique needs, expectations, schedule, and level of investment in mind.
1. PROJECT LAUNCH
A successful launch gets your project off to a good start. Our goal is alignment, a shared understanding of why you're doing what you're doing, and buy-in from key stakeholders. Strategic planning, information gathering, research, and analysis are all part of this phase. We will finalize the Statement of Work (SOW) to set the goals, objectives, timeline, benchmarks, budget, success, and design criteria.
2. ASSESSMENT + VISIONING
Brainstorming and visioning are essential at this stage. We will devise a plan of action to gain in-depth knowledge and insight into the dynamics of your brand and work. As we lay the groundwork, we will clarify the problems that must be solved and solicit feedback on the content, layout, design, and development processes.
3. STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
The secret to a successful brand is to maintain its consistency and adaptability throughout time. We will assess your brand's strengths, determine your "ideal" core audience, and define and develop your brand strategy. We will fine-tune the brand architecture and establish the value chain. This phase leads to the positioning, design and development of your Brand Strategy, Framework, Model, and Process.
4. CONCEPT + DESIGN
We'll create concepts, designs, and graphic solutions to accomplish the established goals. This phase concludes with a presentation that contains just the strategic layouts and ideas that the design team feels are viable, relevant, and meet the design criteria. We will refine the accepted designs and make a final presentation.
5. EXECUTION
We will create the necessary tools and materials, design and begin building, edit and execute all creative and visual assets to ensure a well-communicated, cohesive, and consistent brand. This phase concludes with the final implementation of all deliverables based on our current understanding of the entire project.
6. LAUNCH
We can assist you with launching your brand from the inside out, directing the essential steps of taking your brand to market. We offer strategic planning, platform development, social media marketing, and a creative space to promote your unique branding experience. We can also help you launch your brand to a global audience with our Professional Live Streaming Digital Media Studio.
