For five years, MyGroove Design® has served as a founding community partner and internship host at Latitude High School. A public charter school in Oakland serving predominantly first-generation college students.
Students who came through our studio have gone on to UCLA, UC Berkeley, and Howard University. They have secured workplace internships at Databricks and Okta. One launched his own branding company before he ever set foot on a college campus.
This fall, we are launching a full entrepreneurship ecosystem at Latitude, deploying our Creative Incubator framework inside a public charter school for the first time.
Through EarthScale Ventures, the same framework is being applied to climate-tech founders who have been systematically excluded from the capital and infrastructure they need to build at scale.
