Driven by Storytelling. Grounded in Culture.
This is who we are.
Every person on Our team was chosen with intention.
Not just for their technical skill, though that is exceptional, but for their ability to move between strategy and execution, between cultural nuance and creative precision, without losing either.
We are a lean, custom-built team. We do not carry overhead for its own sake. When a project demands a specific expertise, we bring the right person in. What never changes is the standard, the values, and the commitment to work that holds up under scrutiny.
SHAREE ADRIAZOLA
BRAND STRATEGIST + CREATIVE DIRECTOR + Designer + ACCELERATOR ARCHITECT
Sharee Adriazola founded MyGroove Design® in Oakland in 2005, but the methodology behind the firm was already in development long before the business had a name.
Over twenty years, she has built a practice at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and ecosystem design, partnering with founders, executive teams, and mission-driven institutions to build the narrative infrastructure that holds organizations together as they grow. Her client portfolio spans California Humanities, Pacific Community Ventures, Alameda County Public Health, and the African American Art and Culture Complex, among more than thirty institutional partners. As Co-Founder and Accelerator Architect of EarthScale Ventures, she extends that same practice to climate-tech founders working on solutions for the world's most underserved, underrepresented, and underfunded communities. What she brings to every engagement is not just expertise. It is a methodology she built, tested, and proved on herself first, one layer at a time, over two decades.
...
She was born in Sacramento, the only daughter of a Filipino immigrant mother who built a business for over thirty years and an African American father who was a musician and technician. First-generation American. At four years old, she traveled to the Philippines, her first encounter with a front-line indigenous cultural perspective that would quietly shape everything she would later build. Back home, she experienced redlining and racism directly, in her own neighborhood, at a young age. She watched systems operate: who received access, who was excluded, and how that exclusion was maintained. Those experiences built something she would not be able to name until decades later. Pattern recognition. The ability to read what is actually happening beneath the surface and understand how systems move before most people see them moving at all.
Her path moved through Fine Arts and Graphic Design on a scholar-athlete scholarship, through sales floors and Silicon Valley financial firms, through a marketing communications company where she built a design department from scratch, and through top Bay Area ad agencies and design firms where she studied how the best operated from the inside. In 2007, she partnered with Hill and Company, a Black-owned social marketing and PR firm, where strategy and design fused permanently in her practice. From 2005 to 2013, she produced annual experiential brand showcases, handpicking up-and-coming artists and musicians, building their brands, producing live performances, and creating community through deliberate collaboration. Those events were the first laboratory. Artists from those rooms now have their work in films. Musicians perform globally. Attendees launched festivals and events that shaped Bay Area culture. Ubuntu, the African proverb meaning "I am because we are," was already the operating philosophy, long before she had the words for it.
In 2014, she launched Oakland's first founder house under the name the Creative Incubator, bringing founders and startups into her studio before Silicon Valley had fully named the concept. That same studio hosted the founding team of Latitude High School before the school launched. When the pandemic arrived in 2020, she installed cameras rather than wait for the world to reopen, spending three years mastering live production before co-founding MxM Vibes with Jeremy Allen. The arc was complete: she could now build a brand, produce the content, and deliver it to a global audience. Concept to completion. Strategy to screen. EarthScale Ventures is where every thread converges, racial justice, economic justice, and environmental justice, seen from the perspective of someone who has been standing at that intersection her entire life.
There is power in identity. There is value in design. And because of everyone who shaped her, supported her, and built alongside her, she is.
Jeremy allen
Creative Producer + Photographer + Videographer
Co-Founder, MxM Vibes – a Division of MyGroove Design, Inc.
Jeremy Allen is a multimedia creator, storyteller, and co-founder of MxM Vibes, the multimedia production and live streaming division of MyGroove Design®. With over two decades of experience spanning photography, videography, audio engineering, music performance, and live event production, he leads every project with a clear creative point of view and the technical precision to bring it to life.
As the creative production force behind MxM Vibes, Jeremy heads video, photography, and live broadcast projects from concept through final delivery. His ability to move fluidly between creative direction, field production, and post-editing ensures that every client receives not just polished content, but a seamless experience from the first frame to the last.
...
Jeremy's creative identity was never built in a single discipline. It was built at the intersection of many. As a musician, he learned to listen before he learned to direct. As a photographer, he learned to see before he learned to produce. As an audio engineer, he learned that the quality of what people hear shapes how they receive everything else. Those three instincts, listening, seeing, and hearing, became the foundation of a creative practice that is as comfortable in the editing suite as it is on stage or behind a lens.
He holds a B.A. in American Studies from UC Berkeley, with a focus on Urban Education. That academic foundation is not incidental to the work. It informs a deep commitment to storytelling that is rooted in culture, community, and the lived realities of the people being represented. For Jeremy, a well-produced story is not just technically sound. It is humanly true.
His multidisciplinary background across education, nonprofits, and corporate storytelling gives him a range of reference that most producers never develop. That range is exactly what MxM Vibes was built to deliver: content that is visually polished, strategically aligned, and deeply connected to the audiences it is meant to reach. When Jeremy is on a project, the work does not just look right. It feels right.
