Over three to five months, we move through a structured four-phase process, from clarifying your brand DNA and positioning to developing your go-to-market strategy and launching with confidence.

The Think Tank is MGD's Brand Strategy Intensive and Expert Facilitation offering, designed for leaders and teams navigating growth, change, or increased visibility who need focused, high-impact sessions that actually move things forward.

Facilitated by Sharee Adriazola, these sessions create structured, culturally grounded environments where priorities sharpen, alignment happens, and organizations leave with the clarity to act.

Available as half-day and full-day intensives, on-call facilitation, and custom cohort sessions — hosted in our Oakland studio or brought to your location.
