Founder
Sharee Adriazola
Brand Strategist · Creative Director · Accelerator Architect
Sharee Adriazola is a storyteller who doesn't just build brands, she brings them to life. As a Creative Director, Brand Strategist, Accelerator Architect, and Designer with over 21 years of experience, she specializes in crafting powerful narratives that connect brands with multicultural audiences in authentic and meaningful ways.
Under Sharee's leadership, MyGroove Design® has become a beacon for bold creativity and strategic excellence. In 2022, she introduced Professional Live Streaming services, and in 2024 she launched the MyGroove Creative Incubator at the African American Art & Culture Complex in San Francisco, fostering a thriving ecosystem for BIPOC enterprises.
Through her mentorship program in partnership with Latitude High School in Oakland, Sharee empowers high school students to explore the creative industries — one student even started his own branding company while still in school.

Jeremy Allen
Creative Producer · Photographer · Videographer
Creative Producer Jeremy Allen brings a powerful blend of artistry, technical skill, and storytelling expertise to every project. With over two decades of experience as a multimedia creator and musician, Jeremy heads production for video, photography, and live broadcast projects.
A co-founder of MxM Vibes, Jeremy's multidisciplinary background spans photography, videography, audio engineering, music performance, and live event production. His deep artistic foundation, combined with experience in education, nonprofits, and corporate storytelling, allows him to create content that is visually polished and deeply human.
Jeremy holds a B.A. in American Studies from UC Berkeley, with a focus on Urban Education.
