SCOPE OF WORK + DELIVERABLES: Ideal for hybrid work environments. Rates are for a full day experience, studio usage, based on a 10 hour day. All live creative sessions need at least 3 hours of set-up and testing.

  • 3 HDMI Cameras + 1 additional input for computer source integration (upon request)

  • Professional Quality Microphones, Mixer Feeds and other sounds to be played in your stream

  • LED Video Lights Dimmable Bi-Color 3200K-5600K

  • Mixing Equipment, Hardware Encoders and Software Encoders

  • Secured Closed Channel/Network OR Broadcast to 1 CDN (Custom Platform, Facebook Live, YouTube, Twitch, Howlive, etc.)

  • Local File Recording - High-resolution

TECHNICAL DIRECTORS - VIDEO/AUDIO

  • A/V Equipment, Lighting, Framing, Composition, Shoot Set up, etc.

  • Video - Live Video Switching, On-Air, Broadcast Production

  • Audio - Assemble, Operate, Maintain the technical equipment, Amplify, Enhance, Mix or reproduce sound.

  • Content, Pre-production, Graphics and Direction during the live stream.

  • Assistance with Operations Workflow, Engineering and testing of the equipment to ensure proper operation.

  • Pre-production Planning + Timeline Management

  • Financial + Personnel Management + Training + Rehearsals for Your Remote Team Members Before Your Virtual Creative Session (up-to-8 remote logins)

  • Assisting run-throughs to ensure camera and microphone quality
