SCOPE OF WORK + DELIVERABLES: Ideal for small-medium scale event needing assistance with promotion as an option. Rates are for a half day experience, studio usage, based on a 5 hour day. All productions need at least 3 hours of set-up and testing, plus one full rehearsal before going live to ensure success.

  • A/V Equipment, Lighting, Framing, Composition, Shoot Set up, etc.

  • Video - Live Video Switching, On-Air, Broadcast Production

  • Audio - Assemble, Operate, Maintain the technical equipment, Amplify, Enhance, Mix or reproduce sound.

  • Content, Pre-production, Graphics and Direction during the live broadcasts.

  • Assistance with Operations Workflow, Engineering and testing of the equipment to ensure proper operation.

LIVESTREAM PRODUCER

  • Seamless Virtual Event & Pre-production Planning + Timeline Management

  • Financial + Personnel Management + Training + Rehearsals for Your Remote Guests Before Your Virtual Events (up-to-2 remote logins)
